Framing & Installation: For art purchases, we offer framing and installation services upon request—please inquire for details.
Care Instructions: Handmade ceramics and artwork should be handled with care. Specific care instructions will be provided where necessary.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes as processing begins immediately.
Event Bookings: Deposits for venue and studio hire are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future date if rescheduled with sufficient notice.

Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on all items, carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order or custom pieces, processing may take longer—estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Times: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and item weight. Estimated delivery times:
Domestic: 3-7 business days
International: 7-21 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Tracking: All orders come with tracking details, which will be sent via email once shipped.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if an item arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Returns
All sales are final, as each piece is unique and/or made to order. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit in certain cases:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Custom Orders & One-of-a-Kind Pieces: Due to their bespoke nature, these items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
